ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA, May 4, 2018 – Grenadian Nationals are being given the opportunity to participate in a Logo and Mascot Competition launched by the Office of the Integrity Commission. The Staff, Commissioners and immediate family members of same, are not eligible to participate. Persons may enter both Logo and Mascot Competitions.
The Office of the Integrity Commission is inviting submissions of Logo and Mascot designs by both individuals and/or companies/organizations that reflect the mandate of the Commission which is to promote integrity among persons in public life applying the four core principles; of service, confidentiality, security, impartiality.
The Logo and Mascot would be representations or symbols of the Integrity Commission’s identity and would be used to promote its public recognition. The Logo and Mascot should create a memorable first impression and inspire trust, recognition and admiration for the Commission.
The submitted designs should be creative, original and not previously published; must not include any material (photograph, icon, symbol, etc.) that is copyright protected; must reproduce well in electronic and print media; must remain legible when the size is reduced; and must be visually effective in both colour and grayscale.
The Logo and or Mascot designs should not be composed of more than 40% of any colour used by national political parties. A brief description of no more than 50 words of the logo and or mascot should also be included to explain the design.
Only best ranked and honorable mention winners will be notified. The competition’s winner will receive a laptop computer, a plaque and a monetary contribution to be announced, an invitation to the official Logo and Mascot launch and, artistic credit for their design.
